Role Overview
BCG is hiring a Transfer Pricing Analyst to join its in-house Global Tax team. This role is part of a 40+ member global tax function within a 300+ member finance organization. The selected candidate will primarily support operational and project-based transfer pricing activities.
The transfer pricing team operates across the U.S., U.K., Spain, and India, with a growing tax team in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing Operations
Calculate and implement transfer pricing methodologies
Review and validate transfer pricing calculations using financial systems
Coordinate with the Global Accounting team to record quarterly and annual adjustments
Prepare reports for country-level analysis and U.S. GAAP audit support
Forecast transfer pricing entries for compensation, tax payments, and cash flow planning
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Compliance & Documentation
Support tax and statutory audits related to transfer pricing
Assist in preparing and maintaining Master File and Local File documentation
Reconcile U.S. GAAP accounts with local statutory accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve transfer pricing processes
Work with SAP and other systems to enhance reporting capabilities
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of finance experience in a multinational organization
Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills
Experience in Transfer Pricing (preferred but not mandatory)
SAP experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and process improvement mindset
