Core Minds Tech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate digital records, handling data entry tasks, and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry.
Conduct research to obtain missing or incomplete information.
Convert paper-based documents or dictated information into digital formats.
Review documents for accuracy and report errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
Enter data into digital databases and perform regular backups.
Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
Monitor and review data records to identify and correct errors.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents when required.
Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
Basic understanding of data processing and database management.
Familiarity with internet tools, computer operations, and back-office work.
Experience with SAP or similar systems is an added advantage.
Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
