Job Overview
Scry Analytics India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced SEO & Backlink Specialist to lead link-building strategies, improve domain authority, and enhance rankings for high-value B2B content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink acquisition, especially in AI, fintech, SaaS, and BFSI industries.
Key Responsibilities
Link Building & Backlink Acquisition
Develop and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings
Secure high-authority backlinks from relevant AI, fintech, SaaS, and BFSI websites
Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers for guest posting and PR-based links
Use HARO and similar PR tools for high-quality media mentions
Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic or spammy links
SEO Strategy & Execution
Conduct SEO audits to improve technical health and site structure
Optimize pages for on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and structured data
Research high-value keywords related to AI, SaaS, and automation
Improve Core Web Vitals and website speed
Content SEO
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-focused content
Analyze competitor content and develop ranking strategies
Use SEO tools like SurferSEO, Clearscope, or Frase
Implement content clusters and pillar page strategies
Performance Tracking
Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz
Prepare regular reports on rankings, backlinks, and traffic growth
Refine SEO strategies based on data insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of SEO and backlink building experience
Strong knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization
Experience in guest posting, outreach, digital PR, and HARO
Expertise in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Understanding of schema markup, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals
Excellent analytical and communication skills
