Job Overview
Physics Wallah is hiring for an Online Mentorship / Admission Counsellor role. This position involves guiding students and parents through the admission process, handling queries, and supporting enrolment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain courses and admission procedures to students and parents via calls, emails, or meetings
- Assist applicants throughout the admission process and documentation
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions to meet targets
- Review student applications for eligibility and qualifications
- Participate in admission decisions based on company guidelines
- Maintain communication with students, parents, and internal teams
- Prepare reports for management
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of counselling and admission processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Fluency in English and local language
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
