Job Overview
GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is hiring an Operation Theatre (OT) Technician Trainer to provide quality training to students in healthcare programs. The role involves classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, and student assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training for OT technician courses
- Demonstrate OT procedures, equipment handling, and sterilization techniques
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and simulations
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and practical exams
- Guide students on patient safety, OT protocols, and professional conduct
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and reports
- Support students during clinical training and internships
- Ensure compliance with academic and healthcare standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in an OT setting
- Teaching or training experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of OT procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students
- Knowledge of healthcare training standards and compliance
