Role Overview
Cactus Fashions is seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sense, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling creatives for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Manage day-to-day social media activities (Instagram and other platforms)
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and basic video edits (Reels, short-form content)
- Respond to customer queries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic video editing skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands
