Job Overview
QA Testing Laboratories Pvt Ltd is hiring a Lab Analyst for water testing. This role involves performing chemical and microbiological analysis of water samples while ensuring quality standards and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct water testing for parameters like pH, TDS, COD, BOD, hardness, and alkalinity
- Perform chemical and microbiological analysis as per standard methods
- Operate and maintain lab instruments such as spectrophotometer and pH meter
- Record and document test results accurately
- Follow QA/QC procedures and maintain lab documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the laboratory
- Assist in sample collection and preparation when required
Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of water testing procedures
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments
- Freshers can apply (training provided)
- Good attention to detail and learning attitude
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of NABL standards (optional)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)
