Job Overview
Physics Wallah is hiring an Online Mentorship / Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process. This role involves counselling, lead conversion, and maintaining strong communication with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain courses and admission procedures via calls, emails, and meetings
- Assist students and parents throughout the admission process
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions and achieve performance targets
- Review student applications for eligibility and academic qualifications
- Participate in admission decision-making as per company guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and internal teams
- Prepare reports and updates for management
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- 0–3 years of experience in counselling or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluency in English and local language
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in counselling (added advantage)
- Teamwork and organisational skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
