About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and confident BPO Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and help them explore suitable investment options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling and meetings
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Promote financial products such as equity trading, mutual funds, tax planning, and demat accounts
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and building relationships
- Interest in finance and sales
- Basic understanding of financial products (preferred, not mandatory)
