Job Overview
Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Home Collection Phlebotomist to perform sample collection and ensure accurate handling of patient specimens. This field-based role requires travel and direct interaction with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients at home
- Perform venipuncture and finger-prick sample collection
- Maintain specimen integrity using proper techniques
- Label and prepare samples accurately for transportation
- Follow hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste protocols
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Handle and maintain lab equipment when required
Requirements
- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / MLT
- Experience: 1–10 years in phlebotomy or sample collection
- Strong knowledge of blood collection and testing procedures
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection
Work Details
- Duty Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Work Location: Field-based (Delhi)
