Job Overview
Infinity Advertising Servicing is hiring a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support its sales and client servicing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales coordination, client communication, and campaign management, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing industry.
This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and campaign deliverables.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
- Follow up with clients regarding approvals, payments, and project updates.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments such as creative, media, and operations teams.
- Track campaign progress and ensure timely project execution.
- Handle documentation, invoicing coordination, and contract-related tasks.
- Support lead management activities and assist in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Prior experience in advertising or digital marketing industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience in client servicing and campaign coordination.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and workflow processes.
