Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer queries and technical issues efficiently
- Assist clients with software-related concerns and troubleshooting
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure
- Document customer interactions and support activities accurately
