Rigo International is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join its team in Faridabad. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service and e-commerce platforms who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers with platform navigation, troubleshooting, and account-related queries.
- Guide users in managing products, processing orders, and utilizing platform features efficiently.
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative or Customer Care Executive, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Good understanding of Shopify, including product management, order processing, and store customization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year of overall work experience.
- 1 year of experience in customer care or customer support.
- Experience working with Shopify-based stores and e-commerce platforms.
