Eco Clothing India is hiring a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to work across its in-house fashion brands — Satvv, Siora, and Eco Clothing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, short-form videos, social media growth, and modern AI-powered marketing.
Job Overview
We are looking for a talented individual who can conceptualize, create, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram and paid advertising campaigns. This is not a traditional graphic design position—success in this role requires creativity, storytelling ability, and an understanding of content trends and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop content ideas and campaign concepts for women’s fashion products.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, UGC-style content, and social media advertisements.
- Shoot content in-office or coordinate shoots with models and creators.
- Edit short-form videos optimized for Meta ads and organic social platforms.
- Design static creatives, story posts, and carousel content.
- Use AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, content enhancement, and production workflows.
- Analyze content performance and rapidly create improved variations based on insights.
- Stay updated with emerging content trends and platform best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or related tools.
- Ability to create compelling hooks, storytelling angles, and ad concepts.
- Comfortable appearing in content or directing shoots.
- Understanding of Meta advertising and D2C brand marketing is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI content tools such as Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms.
