About the Role
Cheenti Digital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, client relationship management, and campaign optimization.
As a Digital Marketing Accounts Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage digital marketing projects, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital marketing projects
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and recommend effective digital marketing strategies
- Plan, design, and implement campaigns to improve customer engagement and ROI
- Handle client queries and provide timely solutions
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve SEO and organic traffic
- Monitor website performance and analyze key metrics
- Track and evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Account Management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Understanding of website performance metrics and campaign reporting
