Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit technical content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, and user manuals.
- Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand complex concepts and translate them into simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Ensure all technical content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with brand messaging and voice.
- Use SEO best practices to optimize technical content for search engines.
- Review and edit existing technical content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with the development and implementation of content strategies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
