Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Front End Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. As a Front End Developer at Drongo AI, you will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive and dynamic user interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front end development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. This full-time position requires the candidate to work from office, five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React
- Maintain existing codebases and build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs to create seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimise application performance for scalability and ensure seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in front end development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front end development.
- Proficiency in React and Javascript is required.
- Strong understanding of front end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and ES6+.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Experience in integrating Payment gateways is a plus (not mandatory)
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other front end frameworks/libraries such as Angular, or Vue.js is a plus (not mandatory)
- Must have experienced scale in building web applications and SOA (micro services) based large-scale setups
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
