Key Responsibilities:
- Algo-trading/Automatic trading: Develop and implement automated trading strategies.
- Analyze User Requirements: Understand and translate user needs into functional software specifications.
- Design and Develop Software: Create software systems or applications tailored to user requirements.
- Write and Test Code: Develop clean, efficient code and perform testing to ensure functionality and performance.
- Maintain and Update Software: Regularly update software to address issues, enhance performance, and adapt to new hardware or user needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and user-friendly software solutions.
- Create Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference and software maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Python language is essential and will play a major role in selection.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve software issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and quality in code development.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
