Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 a month
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling EPBAX system.
- Inward and Outward of Couriers.
- Keeping a stock of Visiting cards and giving them for printing as and when required.
- Pantry & Stationary stock maintenance and ordering the inventory accordingly.
- Preparing attendance for salary purpose/ Assisting HR in salary process like preparing the attendance sheet.
- Organising Events like Birthdays or festivals.
- Keeping a track of the invoices and entering them in Software – FA inward.
- All other administration work as and when assigned by the seniors or managers.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Presentable and good verbal & written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
