Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately
- Maintain front desk reception duties such as answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize software tools like DocuSign and Outlook Calendar efficiently
- Type and proofread documents with a high level of accuracy
- Handle clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing executive administrative support
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
