Guest Relations Executive
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests at the salon/spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins/outs, and address inquiries professionally.
- Appointments & Scheduling: Manage bookings efficiently via phone, online platforms, and in person.
- Sales & Promotions: Upsell services and products, inform clients about ongoing offers.
- Reception Duties: Handle calls, emails, and walk-ins while maintaining a clean front desk area.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain client records, gather feedback, and ensure repeat business.
- Billing & Payments: Process invoices, handle transactions, and manage cash/card payments.
- Coordination: Liaise with stylists, therapists, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in a salon/spa or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with salon/spa management software, MS Office.
- Personality: Warm, professional, and well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.

Schedule: Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
