Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive for our Nursing & Paramedical College. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome students, faculty, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
    • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Student and Visitor Assistance:
    • Provide information to students and visitors regarding college programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
    • Assist with the registration process for new students.
    • Direct students and visitors to the appropriate offices or departments.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
    • Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Records Maintenance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and contact information.
    • Assist in the organization and maintenance of student files.
  • Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff.
    • Relay important announcements and information to students and staff members.
  • Safety and Security:
    • Monitor access to the college premises and ensure the safety and security of students and staff.
    • Follow established protocols for emergency situations.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Utilize computer systems for tasks such as email communication, scheduling, and data entry.
    • Assist students with basic technology-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/ Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.

Note: Minimum 1 year of experience is required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
