Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
- Assist and coordinate with front support executives and marketing teams.
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting franchisee accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Assist Zonal head in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
- Assisting and coordinating with Zonal head.
- Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner.
- Handle functions that help the front office work well.
- Processing projects, managing databases, performing market research, analyzing franchise trends.
- Entering, Updating, Researching, Verifying and / or retrieving data into / from various documents such as PDF, PPT, Excel and MS Word Files or other data sources and ensuring the accuracy and confident.
- Would be responsible for maintaining the accurate data.
