We also have our own SaaS product in the facility management space, Digicuro ( https://www.digicuro.com ) which is end to end Coworking management solution.

Role & responsibilities

• Inputting data from various sources (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, forms) into computer systems with high accuracy and speed.
• Comparing entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and identify any errors or inconsistencies.
• Organizing and maintaining data in a structured manner, including creating and updating databases, and other relevant files.
• Performing regular backups of data to prevent loss and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Keeping abreast of the latest data management technologies and best practices.
• Working with other departments to develop and implement data driven solutions.
• Identifying and resolving data entry issues or errors.
• Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents.
• Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
• Responding to data inquiries from other departments for clients.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Creating reports and generating data sets as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
• Time management
• Relevant experience, even through internships or volunteer work.
• Certifications in data entry or related computer skills.
• Organization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• A bachelor’s degree, particularly in a field related to computer science, business or relevant field.

Job Location: Gurgaon

Working days: Monday to Friday
