We are looking for fresher Data Entry Operators to join our team and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have basic computer knowledge, and be able to enter and manage data with accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data from source documents into the company database with high accuracy.
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents before data entry.
• Verify data by comparing it with source documents.
• Update and maintain existing database systems.
• Organize and store hard copies of data efficiently.
• Assist in invoice preparation and documentation work.
• Follow company processes to ensure data confidentiality and security.
• Communicate with internal teams to gather information as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good typing speed (Minimum 25-30 WPM).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
