Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data related to events, venues, and user interactions on our platform. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our database to ensure a seamless experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the system related to events, venues, and customer interactions.
• Ensure data accuracy by reviewing and verifying information before inputting.
• Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in data.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather necessary information for data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data-related information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management tasks as needed.
• Support the customer service and marketing teams by providing relevant data insights.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or database management is a plus.
