Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient professional to accurately input, manage, and maintain data in standard format for sharing and publishing. The ideal candidate will have formatting skills, drafting skills, typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, formatting and compiling data in standard format (Word, Excel, Power Point) academic word documents.
• Enter, update and verify data in spreadsheets and LMS.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
• Retrieve and organize data as required for reports and analysis.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Review and correct data entry errors.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow company policies and data confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Hindi typing speed of at least 30-40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of databases and office administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or record-keeping at a university.
• Familiarity with CRM software, ERP systems, or LMS.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator.
