Job Overview: We are looking for a Back Office cum Data Operator to join our team in Indore. This position is ideal for freshers with strong English communication skills and an eagerness to learn. The candidate will assist with administrative tasks and data entry while supporting smooth back-office operations. Female candidates are preferred for this role. (PREFERRED INDORE-BASED CANDIDATES ONLY)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and update internal systems.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• Assist with preparing reports and documents.
• Communicate effectively in English via email and phone.
• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence, and organizing files.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹10,858.17 – ₹13,399.29 per month
