Python Django Lead – Full Job Description
NUOX Technologies(nuox.io) is a growing Creative Agency based in Dubai . We are now seeking an experienced “Python Django Lead” to join us at our back office in Calicut Hilite Business Park. As a Python Django Lead , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Python and the Django framework. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with Django and a strong understanding of web development principles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate data storage solutions, such as databases and APIs, to ensure seamless data flow and application performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and Python/Django to continuously improve our applications
- Team leading and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 7 years as a Python Django Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python and the Django web framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and ORM libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in team handling
