Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will reach out to potential customers, respond to inquiries and promote our services/products. This role offers great opportunities to enhance communication skills and contribute to the growth of the company.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information and offering solutions to customer concerns.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team through both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Database Management: Update customer records and manage call lists effectively.
  • Sales Conversion: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Market Research: Gather feedback from customers to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Call Records: Accurately document all calls and interactions in the system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service or sales is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, etc.
  • Ability to handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls per day.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
