Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain our services.
- ✅ Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- ✅ Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients.
- ✅ Address objections and resolve customer concerns with confidence.
- ✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- ✅ Follow up with leads and ensure conversions.
- ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to provide the best client experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the healthcare/medical industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
