Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ICU Staff Nurse to provide advanced patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of ICU experience, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding ICU care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license from the State Nursing Council.
- Minimum 3-6 years of ICU experience in a reputed hospital.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations with critical patients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
