Brief

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Intern to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers across multiple communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email in alignment with our brand language.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to achieve the highest satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with courier partners to track and expedite delayed deliveries, keeping customers informed about their order status.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer support.

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation and commitment to addressing customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach.
• Professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like WhatsApp, Instagram, and email systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with customer service software or tools and Excel is a plus.
