In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions, and solve problems while performing back-office and administrative-type functions, related work, and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Support the customer service team to complete the customer experience
- Ensure accuracy of data and research to ensure a positive experience
- May be sending and validating documentation, working in databases to check information correctness
What You Bring to the Role:
- 6 months or more customer service experience – Freshers welcome to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 Days – 2 Days Week off, which is also Rotational
- Computer experience
- Reside in Ahmedabad and work from on-site
Primary Location: India-Gujarat-Ahmedabad
Salary:
- Fresher: UPTO 29K CTC {Housing bonus} + Attractive Incentives + night allowances+ more
- Experienced: UPTO 37K CTC {Housing bonus} + Attractive Incentives + night allowances+ more
Shift time: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days – 2 Days Week off which also be Rotational
