Job Profile:
- Resolve customer queries on phone and email
- Follow up on order status with internal teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding their order queries.
- Convert Cancelled and Pending orders by calling customers. (converting leads)
Preferred Requirements & Key Skills:
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Preferably experienced in dealing with Automotive spare parts. (optional)
- Good writing skills for chats and response to customer queries over email
- Computer proficiency.
- Graduate/ 10+2 from any Stream
- MS Excel knowledge.
