Customer Care Manager – Kolkata

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Manager located in Kolkata. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support functions, utilizing analytical skills to improve processes, and maintaining effective communication with customers and team members.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Time: 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M

• Effective Communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in customer service roles
• Any Bachelor’s degree
