Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International BPO)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Voice Process Associate with a minimum of two years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process)
• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts
• Five working days a week
• One-way cab facility provided

Job Location: Noida, Sector 62

Salary: Monthly salary ranging from ₹41,000.00 to ₹58,000.00 based on experience
