Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at our Noida location. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to interact confidently with customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, positive, and willing to provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure the resolution of their issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Freshers are welcome to apply, but candidates with 1-5 years of experience in customer support will be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries in a professional manner.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Noida.
