We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to manage customer inquiries and concerns through phone and email interactions. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) and prior experience (minimum 12 months) in handling UK-based customer service processes. This role requires empathetic, solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and consistently maintain a high level of professionalism.

What will you do?

  • Work a 5-day schedule aligned with UK/US Shift.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer queries via calls and emails.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Investigate, identify, and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex problems to relevant teams, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Achieve defined quality and productivity metrics, such as first-contact resolution and response time.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Generate periodic reports on customer queries and resolutions to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service efficiency.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

What should be your profile & skills?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Associate in a US/UK-based customer service process.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly and effectively.
  • Quick adaptability to new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and similar productivity tools.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work during US/UK time zone hours.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours during peak periods or as needed.
