Orders must be completed in the system with 100% accuracy.

Must guarantee satisfaction and value for the customer at all times.

Must adhere at all times to the company vision and mission.

Support sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and market share, meeting or exceeding budget targets for attendance, revenue and per cap.

Ensure ideal USH presentation and positioning within client distribution systems, with a key focus on B2B/B2C websites.

Seek and leverage marketing opportunities within the client network.

Participate in day-to-day account management, including the contract process, pricing and product updates, advertising orders, marketing trackers, sales presentations, and other tools as developed.

Professionally represent the theme park at tradeshows and other client events to strengthen the relationships of our brand in the marketplace.

Develop and manage industry tour guide engagement program.
