Role Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Support Intern to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of learning and growth. This role is ideal for college students or anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in customer support, with an entry-level stipend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from our partners, assisting them in resolving their queries efficiently.
• Take and analyze complaints, then escalate them to the relevant team members for resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation or 12th pass.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with partners.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Possession of a personal laptop and internet connection.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Knowledge of finance and affiliate marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month
