Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat across multiple time zones.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and concerns.
- Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and SLAs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and different time zones.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling global clients across different industries.
- Familiarity with multiple communication platforms (email, chat, phone).
- Knowledge of international market trends and cultural sensitivities.
