We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Customer Support to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Details:

  • Role: Engineer – Customer Support
  • Location: Bangalore (On-site)
  • Work Type: Full-time, 24/7 Shift Support (including weekends & night shifts)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Tech Support / Customer Support
  • Education: B.E/B.Tech

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide remote assistance
  • Process and approve warranty claims
  • Assist with site activations and provide product-related information
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to track and resolve product issues

Required Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer support experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Knowledge of electrical concepts (AC/DC circuits preferred)
  • Proficiency in PC usage (Mac OS knowledge is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering background
  • Experience in the solar/PV industry

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
