We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Customer Support to join our team in Bangalore.
Job Details:
- Role: Engineer – Customer Support
- Location: Bangalore (On-site)
- Work Type: Full-time, 24/7 Shift Support (including weekends & night shifts)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Tech Support / Customer Support
- Education: B.E/B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide remote assistance
- Process and approve warranty claims
- Assist with site activations and provide product-related information
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Work closely with Engineering teams to track and resolve product issues
Required Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer support experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of electrical concepts (AC/DC circuits preferred)
- Proficiency in PC usage (Mac OS knowledge is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering background
- Experience in the solar/PV industry
