Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service at every step of their journey with Barefoot Sunshine Private Limited. You will resolve inquiries, address concerns, and represent our brand with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle pre-sale and post-sale support, including questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Proactively identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping people.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the book industry or a passion for reading.
• Experience handling pre-orders or custom-order processes.
• Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
