Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Intern. The intern will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with technical issues, and supporting the customer onboarding process. Daily tasks include troubleshooting problems, and guiding customers through platform features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience and familiarity with handling inquiries
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API is a plus
Stipend: The fixed stipend for customer support intern would be INR 5k/month + incentives.
