• Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and patience.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Guide customers through product features, services, and solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
• Ensure all customer queries are handled in a timely manner, meeting quality standards.
• Contribute to creating and improving customer service processes and knowledge bases.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate information.
