We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers across multiple support channels and ensuring their queries are resolved with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through various channels (phone, chat, email).

Candidate Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.
- Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice processes (chat, email, phone).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
