• Graduate Freshers with Excellent communication in English can apply

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Strong customer handling skills and problem-solving attitude
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Upto 34K

Shift Timing: 5 days a week (Rotational Shift)
