Responsibilities:
- Enquiry Handling: Handle client enquiries efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage schedules effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain clear records of all client documents.
- Order Management: Manage customer orders effectively.
- ERP: Working on ERP systems.
- Coordination: Coordination between Sales Engineers and other departments.
- Customer Interactions: Interact with clients directly to confirm PO/OA etc.
- ISO Requirements: Documentation and adherence to ISO requirements.
- File Maintenance: Customer file maintenance.
Language Skills (Must): English & Hindi (Professional)
Experience: Freshers and up to 3 years of experience
