Job Summary: Locus Fire & Security India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to coordinate service requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and billing.
- Service Coordination:
Schedule and dispatch field technicians for installations, maintenance, and emergency services. - Track service requests, follow up on pending jobs, and update customers on status.
- Maintain clear communication between customers and service teams.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Update customer records, service logs, and work orders in the company’s CRM/system. - Generate reports on service requests, response times, and customer feedback.
- Assist in preparing service contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Complaint Resolution & Escalation:
Identify and escalate critical issues to the relevant departments (technical team, management). - Ensure customer complaints are resolved efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Process Improvement:
Suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer experience. - Follow company policies and industry compliance standards (fire & security regulations).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Experience:
2+ years in customer service, preferably in fire & security, facilities management, or a technical service industry. - Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication in English & [local language]. - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and scheduling tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of fire safety/security systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Conditions:
